Preparing & necessary time schedule CPM Bar charts and planning of work from the design stage to completion and commissioning of project.

Preparing of the cost estimation of the project and presentation of cash flow chart according to the planning and scheduling of the project and Periodical review of Budget.

Preparation of contract documents, tender documents, maintain the contract relationship addressing related problems and contract administration

Floating tender documents including pre qualifications of contractions, invite tenders , advise and assist the client in awarding the contract for after necessary evaluation.

We assist to obtain approval / License from the concerned authority for the implementation and commissioning of the project.

Co ordination of drawings with the contractors

Monitoring of Project in terms of time, cost and quality and suggest remedial measures for overcoming delay if any in progress.

Regular site supervision to ensure the quality.

Conduct audits at regular interval and ensure the quality.

Conducting progress meeting with contracts / consultants / clients.

Scrutinize the contractor’s bills, check measurements, rates and quantities as per terms of contract and to assist clients certify the works and their bill.

Monitoring and citification of bills of the consultants.

Negotiate / recommend / certify extra works if any cropping up during the execution of work without disturbing the progress of works

Conducting weekly progress meeting with contractors/consultants.

Prepare the final bills of the contractors and consultants.

Resource Scheduling & Material Management.

Inventory Control and Management.

Reconciliation of material at site on regular intervals.
